Inclusion criteria:
- Chronic noncancerous wound
Video consultation (Tablet computer)
- Data record (photographs) and transmission
- Examine wounds healing
- Symptoms
Intervention: Telemedicine for the follow-up of complex chronic wounds (TELAP Network). Management of wound care by the general practitioner and private home-care nurse, who were linked by teleconsultation (or tele-expertise) to the expert healthcare network team (a nurse and the dermatologist). Patients are seen by the dermatologist for outpatient visits on the inclusion day, on month1, 3, 6, and 9
