Intervention:

  • IG1 home health care complemented with app. Families answered questions once a day, and were encouraged to write individual messages to the nurses. Child progress could be followed in application graphs.
  • IG2 home health care complemented with video conferencing with nurses.

 

Duration: Each family participated in the study for as long as they were included in the home health care program.
