Intervention:

Intervention: 1 month inpatient program at hospital, medically-managed program for weigh reduction including nutritional rehab, psychological counselling and physical activity. Patients uses the TECNOB web platform for monitoring data concerning dietary, activity level, weight and glycated hemoglobin. Patients maintain contact with dietitian and psychologist via SMS (regularly) and videoconference (6 sessions the first 3 months, then about every 30th day).

 

Duration: 13 months (incl. 1 month inpatient program)
