Intervention:

Intervention: Teleconsultation via web with a diabetologist every 4th month. Before consultation patients send glycemic profiles via email. During teleconsultations general condition is discussed, clinical data analyzed, evaluation of therapy, plan follow up.  Teleeducational tools are available at a web project portal.
