Intervention:

Intervention: Patients upload data to website 2 times a day, 2-3 days/week. Medical team log on to the website every 2 week to analyse data and to deliver advice to the patient leaving messages on the website or via telephone.

  • Plasma glucose ↓

 

Patient safety:

  • No severe hypoglycemic event was reported during the study.

Patient experiences:

  • Satisfaction score: 3.3-3.9/5.
  • 80% patients in IG had been compliant with blood glucose monitoring 2-3 days/week, compliance rate was 72%.
