Inclusion criteria:
– Type 2 diabetes.
– HbA1c 7-10.0%

Intervention: Patients upload data to website 2 times a day, 2-3 days/week. Medical team log on to the website every 2 week to analyse data and to deliver advice to the patient leaving messages on the website or via telephone.

Patient safety:
No severe hypoglycemic event was reported during the study.
Patient experiences:
Satisfaction score: 3.3-3.9/5.
80% patients in IG had been compliant with blood glucose monitoring 2-3 days/week, compliance rate was 72%.
